Weekly Checklist
Interior
- Verify all doors and windows are secure.
- Check timers and light bulbs.
- Check for evidence of water leaks.
- Check that the heat is functioning and check that pre-determined temperature is set.
- Flush Toilets, run water in sinks and run garbage disposal.
- Check Electric Panel for any tripped breakers.
- Check for signs of rodents or other unwelcome visitors
Exterior
- Check exterior for any signs of unwelcome visitors or damage.
- Check mailbox and removal of flyers, newspapers, etc.
- Check 3rd party snow removal
- Salt front walk -if needed.
Homewatch Report completed at every visit. Any items found not in order will immediately be reported to the homeowner.

Standard Services
Standard Weekly Visit
Homes above 5,000 sq ft. the weekly rate is $65 per week.
Standard Bi-Monthly Visit
Homes above 5,000 sq ft. the weekly rate is $97 per week.
Custom Visits
Additional requests can be made during initial consultation. Additional fees may apply.
Concierge Services
Leave for Season
After leaving for your second home, you can order our specialized 'Leave for Season' package. This standard service includes:
- Removal of sheets from the primary bedroom, which are then washed and stored at your home.
- Refrigerator clean-out to ensure no perishable items are left.
- Installation and setting of 2 light timers for added security.
- Comprehensive check to ensure the home is securely locked and safe.
Additional services can be included per the homeowner's instructions, though additional fees
Welcome Home
When returning from your time away, enjoy our convenient 'Welcome Home' package designed to refresh your home:
- Primary bedsheets refreshed and neatly placed back on the bed.

- Feather dusting of all rooms to eliminate settled dust
- Vacuuming of the family room and primary bedroom.
- Kitchen refresh.
- Grocery order pickup and put away.
This package ensures your home welcomes you back with cleanliness and comfort, allowing you to settle back in effortlessly after your time away."
